State Health Department Re-Licensure Survey Inspection for Class B Non-Skilled License completed by the CDPHE on 1/19/2019 with a Pass and ZERO deficiencies!
The state health department is who licenses our agency and gives us guidelines for care provided to protect our clients and employees. We can not operate without their licensing and they randomly conduct on-site inspections without warning. We had zero deficiencies in discussing quality management, client care, and employee requirements. They planned on being here for 3 days and left in under 24 hours. Knowing that the state surveyors could show up at any time unannounced, results in our agency and staff being prepared at all times.
